Personal data regulation affects all companies, organizations and authorities and is therefore a discipline that must be mastered by everyone. Many process, store and disclose personal data without having considered the necessary procedures. The area is subject to extensive regulation, including in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and there is intensive enforcement of compliance with the rules.
