The government's Entrepreneurship Package from the summer of 2024 contains a number of new initiatives that can have a major impact on those who run or advise growth companies. From changed rules for employee shares to improved opportunities for tax credits and equity crowdfunding, the package is packed with possibilities.
In this webinar, you'll get a legal and commercial overview of the key changes, how the upcoming changes to tax, corporate and investment rules can be used strategically, and what you should prepare for now.
SMEs in growth
● Entrepreneurship and investment
● Legal and financial advice
HR and incentive programs
Startups with funding, exit or listing ambitions
The government's Entrepreneurship Package contains legislative proposals that fundamentally change the framework for investment, tax and company structure in SMEs. We equip you to understand:
What's changing in practice
● Who it applies to - and how to take advantage of it
How to prepare your business, your team or your clients to act fast when the regulations come into force in 2026
One of the most eye-catching measures in the package is the change to the rules for the allocation of employee shares (LL § 7 P). The government proposes to make it much simpler and more flexible for SMEs to offer share-based remuneration - without the previous value limits and complex valuations.
At the same time, the definition of an SME is being changed so that more companies can be included in the future. The new definition aligns with the EU state aid rules and opens the door to a much wider field of growth companies.
