Maibrit's bachelor's thesis in labor and employment law, EU law, and economic game theory provided concrete proposals on how the Pay Transparency Directive should be implemented in Danish law to best achieve its objective of ensuring equal pay. During her master's program (Cand.merc.jur), she is currently specializing in Law and Management, including Digital Transformation and the Law, which gives her a solid understanding of corporate obligations under the EU's extensive digital regulations.
