Maibrit's bachelor's project in labor and employment law, EU law, and economic game theory, made concrete suggestions on how the Pay Transparency Directive should be implemented in Danish law to best ensure the achievement of its purpose of equal pay. On her master's degree, Cand.merc.jur, she is currently specializing in Law and Management, including Digital Transformation and the Law, which gives her a solid understanding of companies' obligations within the EU's extensive regulation of the digital area.
