Marie specializes in IT law, IT contract law and company law. Marie has written her bachelor project on how the concept of the Business Judgement Rule should be included in the Fit & Proper assessment in relation to management liability in company law. In Marie's master's thesis, she examines the scope of application of the EU's new Data Regulation Article 13 regarding the prohibition of unfair contract terms in IT contracts.
