Marie is a part of our Corporate team and specializes in corporate law as well as IT and IT contract law. In her master's thesis, she examined the scope of Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), addressing ambiguities in its provisions, its interpretation in relation to Section 36 of the Danish Contracts Act, and potential improvements to its effectiveness.
