Heidi Højmark Helveg speaks out in several media, including P1 Morgen in connection with the Consumer Ombudsman investigating a case about whether Queen Margrethe is used inappropriately in a gambling advertisement.
Heidi believes that advertising is problematic: "In Marketing Law, when you have to advertise yourself, you have to make an effort yourself. Then you don't have to take advantage of other people's efforts. The Marketing Law applies regardless of whether the others you pick on are other companies, competitors, famous people or the Royal Family. She continues: "The Marketing Act covers it in the case of advertising, and there is a commercial intention".
